Be 18 years of age or older (required) Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED Have a valid driver's license Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a caretaker is preferred but not required Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor Be able to attend ten days of in-house orientation on weekdays Be able to lift up to 50

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
