Responsibilities:
- Provide support to attorney & work as part of an overall team of 4 to 5 - Assist with document preparation, including drafting and editing immigration forms - Screen prospective clients & communicate effectively with existing clients - Organize and maintain legal files and documents - Calendaring & scheduling, track deadlines, meet deadlines - Answer phone calls, make copies, discuss with attorney - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other legal documents - Assist with document review and analysis - Utilize case management systems such as MyCase Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - MUST BE 100% FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SPANISH (spoken & written) - MUST RESIDE in Bridgeton, New Jersey (or surrounding townships - 5 miles max.
) - Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail - Excellent spelling, neat handwriting, solid communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills This is an entry-level position.
LONG-TERM COMMITMENT REQUIRED (minimum of 3-5 years, preferably longer).
