3K a year The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to work with Inspira clients and the marketing team to develop integrated internal communications that ensure the company's workforce is engaged, inspired and aligned with Inspira's company vision, goals and objectives.
This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
Develop editorial content for Inspira's internal news sites, external websites and social media channels Develop communications strategies to strengthen two-way communications with employees and ensure each employee understands his/her role in supporting our shared mission Coordinate with the content marketing team to create and manage content development and distribution of the organization's employee communications Manage Inspira's Intranet, editorial calendar and internal newsletter Distribute communications to employees, including emails and blog posts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field 3
years of communications experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Experience with internal and external communications, electronic communications and communications measurement Find your inspiration.
